All orders for online training courses are subject to these terms and conditions. You are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions, when you place an order with Interview Success, or access our online training courses.
Orders, Payment and Pricing
Courses can be booked and paid for online via PayPal, the fee covers 12 months access to the training course. To access the online training course, you will need to enrol, by creating an account when you purchase the course.
You should receive an email within 30 minutes of payment, containing instructions on how to create an account, along with your key to access the course. If you haven’t received this email after 30 minutes, or have issues logging into the course please email becky@interviewsuccess.co.uk
Payments are processed by PayPal, and can be made via many credit or debit cards or through your PayPal account. Further information about PayPal can be found via www.paypal.com
Please note that credit / debit card transactions and bank payments are usually processed instantly, providing instant access to the course. However, be aware that the processing time for PayPal balance transactions (e-cheques) can be up to 10 days if your PayPal account does not contain sufficient funds and does not have both a bank account and a credit / debit card linked to the account.
Becky Mapley is not responsible for any delays or losses if the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, or if you do not pass any validation checks which PayPal may use.
All details, descriptions and prices on www.interviewsuccess.co.uk are correct at the time of publication. Becky Mapley reserves the right to change or withdraw any services and alter the prices or specification of the services provided.
Your Obligations
You must not allow anyone else to access the online training courses via your log-in details, or to share this content online, or with anyone else.
Limitation of Liability
Interview Success and its coach Becky Mapley cannot guarantee the outcome of your interview or application. We are not responsible for your success or any potential job offers which may follow from our advice. Equally, we are not responsible for any lack of results of using our training services or following our advice. Your progress and results will depend on your individual effort, skills, and dedication. We are not liable for any costs, loss of revenue or indirect losses whatsoever as a result of using our services.

Cancellation
Once you have paid for an online training course you will receive immediate access to the course for 12 months and therefore in the event of a cancellation the fee is non-refundable.
Intellectual Property Rights
Interview Success holds the intellectual property rights of all online training courses and materials including text, images, videos, audio, and other course materials.
When you purchase access to the training material, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the training material. No training material may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used to create derivative works based on the course content in whole or in part without prior permission from Interview Success.
You may not under any circumstances
- Sell, license, rent, or sublicense any part of the course content.
- Modify, translate, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the course content.
- Use the course content for commercial purposes without explicit authorisation.
- Share or distribute the course content in a manner that violates the rights of Interview Success or any third party.
Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Interview Success’ intellectual property rights
Under copyright law you need to gain permission from Becky Mapley before you, or a third party can use these resources for any other purposes other than personal use by a client of Interview Success.
Changes to these terms and conditions
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. You will be deemed to have read and accepted the version of the terms and conditions which was provided when you placed your order.
Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of England and Wales.

Interview Success does not collect personal data about you when you visit the website, however anonymous tracking data is collected and analysed by Google Analytics and Matomo to help determine the effectiveness of advertising. As individuals cannot be identified by this data it is not considered to be covered by the General Data Protection Regulations.
Email Services
Interview Success uses ‘1&1 IONOS Ltd.’ to provide email services which are subject to ‘1&1 IONOS Ltd.’ privacy conditions.
Payment records
Invoice/Payments are processed by PayPal, according to their privacy conditions. Records held for financial reporting and tax purposes are limited to your name, services purchased, price paid and dates of delivery
What we will do with it
Personal data is only used to provide access to the online training course. Your personal data will be treated in the strictest confidence and is not shared with third parties. However it may be necessary to share records held for financial reporting and tax purposes with an accountant and/or HMRC.
All personal data held by Interview Success is stored securely in order to maintain confidentiality and minimise the risk that records may be viewed by people outside the company.
How long will we keep it
Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above or as required by applicable law.
Payment records for accountancy and HMRC purposes are retained for 7 years
All personal data exceeding the above timescales will be securely deleted.
What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the personal data Interview Success holds and processes about you is incorrect, you have the rights to see the data and have it corrected or deleted, you will need to contact Becky Mapley by email.
