Hi, I’m Becky Mapley, I work with people to transform their careers by providing expert advice and professional support. I tailor support to your particular needs and aim to empower and enable you to overcome any challenges which stand between you and your chosen career.
I have over ten years experience within Human Resources, and many of my roles have been heavily focussed on recruitment. I have recruited for two US Corporations and a global insurance company. During that time, I reviewed thousands of CVs and interviewed hundreds of candidates, giving me an excellent understanding of companies recruiting strategies.
I have helped hundreds of clients to recognise their skills, find their next role, change their career path, develop their confidence, obtain their dream roles and attain promotions. Many of my clients struggled for years before seeking my help, and have been offered the best roles of their careers within weeks of my help.

As a Career Coach, I work closely with people to understand their career needs, and then help them to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to progress their career.
Whilst I am passionate about working with people, providing tailored one-to-one support, I realise that this may not always be possible. I have launched some online pre-recorded training courses to share my knowledge widely.
These courses provide expert knowledge, insights and a clear interview preparation plan, to help you improve your interview skills and further your career. They enable you to study anytime, anywhere on any device and can be particularly beneficial where it is impractical to schedule a coaching session, or for people who prefer a lower cost option.
